Minimum Pay:





Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the production team to ensure a smooth running of production
• Report any deviations, failures, and anomalies to engineers
• Interact with the production team and quality engineers to discuss any deviations or failures, troubleshooting recommendations, and possible corrective solutions
• Generate and report daily production reports on online issues and daily operational status.
• Keep a log of operational activities for optimal and thorough handover to other shifts.
• Proficiency in the use of normal microscopes, IR microscopes, high power scopes and other testing equipment
• Perform other duties as directed by superiors

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 1 year working experience in the semiconductor industry
• Software knowledge of JMP, MS Office applications (eg Excel, Macros), Manufacturing Execution Systems (eg PROMIS, Native PROMIS and UtilEyes)
• Exercises good judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
• Possess good interpersonal & influencing skills
• Able to work well with minimal supervision and ability to prioritize tasks and follow specific procedures
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to perform shift work on a 12-hour shift schedule
