Perform visual inspections and functional checks on subassemblies and fully assembled products.
Assist with data collection, SPC chart updates and basic statistical analysis.
Capture quality/control metrics, consolidate inspection records and support audit readiness by maintaining accurate documentation.
Document defects, support root-cause investigations (e.g. 8D actions) and follow through on corrective actions under engineer guidance.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives including Lean 5S, process enchantments and assembly SOPs.
Ensure full compliance with ISO9001 (or equivalent) standards, traceability and work within cleanroom protocols (PPE and LOTO).
Work closely with assembly operators, equipment technicians, quality engineers and supervisors to ensure assembly meets specifications and quality standards.
Job Requirement:
Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or any other technical field.
1-3 years' experience in precision assembly, semiconductor manufacturing or electronic equipment.
Preferably in cleanroom environments.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Proficiency in inspection tools, e.g. calipers, micrometers, visual aids, basic AOI or vision systems is a plus.
Familiarity with SPC concepts, defect tracking, non-conformance documentation and basic CAD/schematics interpretation.
