Take ownership of daily quality issues and deviations on the production floor
Investigate process and material problems to prevent recurring issues
Track, review, and report daily production scrap data
Maintain accurate documentation, including updating specifications and procedures
Assist in trials, improvement projects, and audits by collecting relevant data and samples
Train new operators on quality procedures (on-the-job training)
12-hour shifts; occasional night shifts as required
Choose your work days: 5- or 6-day week
Day Shift: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM
What We Offer
Max gross earnings with OT: Up to $3,500+ per month (depending on experience and commitment)
Basic salary: $2,500 - $2,600
Daily shift allowance: $10 - $20
Annual bonus: 13th-month pay + up to 2 months' performance bonus
