Quantity Surveyor ($2500 $4200/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4200 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- To assist and support the project team in preparing technical drawings and as-built reports
- Measurement and taking-off of quantities and quantification of works done
- Familiar with AutoCAD drafting and Revit BIM tools
- Preparation of production drawing and cutting list
- Develop and maintain CAD Drawings
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned
- Quantity take-off and cost estimation (Architecture)
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in AutoCad (2D & 3D), Revit BIM (Architecture and Structure) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
