Perform quantity take off, identifying, and measuring the quantities of materials required.
Prepare and review contract documents, ensuring that they are clear, accurate, and aligned with project requirements.
Assist in the procurement process, including the preparation of tender documents and contract negotiations.
Implement and maintain cost control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Work with various teams to develop a statement of work.
Maintain proper inventory control
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
