Job Description
$4K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs.
- Manage the procurement process, including preparing tender and contract documents.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular financial reports.
- Conduct risk, value management, and cost control.
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Advise on legal and contractual issues.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
