. You'll play a key role in supporting project success through effective cost management, documentation, and contract administration.

What You'll Be Doing

Prepare essential commercial documents, including procurement schedules, cashflow forecasts, and margin plans. Issue and manage enquiries for assigned packages, ensuring prompt follow-up and clarification. Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, creating detailed tender comparisons. Identify and communicate risks or inconsistencies in tender documentation to the lead estimator. Perform and verify quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in accordance with client requirements. Collaborate with the estimating team to align with overall business strategy. Support change management by valuing variations, pricing RFPs, and issuing timely contractual notices. Contribute to monthly internal and client commercial reports. Monitor project costs and profitability, recommending measures to improve performance. Administer main contracts and subcontracts to ensure full compliance. Prepare interim valuations and manage external valuation submissions. Maintain accurate commercial documentation, drawing records, and register control. Assist in final account closure with clients and subcontractors within agreed timelines. Facilitate project close-out activities, including retention applications after defect rectification. Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

What We're Looking For

Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Proven background in tender preparation and project cost management. Solid understanding of construction documentation and ISO standards. 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience preferred.
