Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for MEP projects. Review design drawings and tender documents to determine material quantities. Recommend cost-saving options through value engineering. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents. Review and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers. Handle project correspondence, variations, and change orders. Ensure compliance with contract terms, budgets, and schedules.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or Construction Management. Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
