Job Info:

Salary: Basic up to $4000 Working: Hours: Monday - Friday (Office Hours) Location: Jurong West

Job Scope:

Prepare tender submissions, cost plans, and reports, and manage contract documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Develop comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BQ) in line with project specifications and requirements. Monitor and control project costs to ensure adherence to approved budgets. Review tender drawings to identify discrepancies and propose solutions. Source, assess, and engage suitable subcontractors to meet project demands. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams for seamless project execution. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Prepare and submit monthly progress claims.

Requirements:

Well-versed in tendering process especially in local construction/ ACMV industry. Possess good negotiation and coordination skills. Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people from all levels.
