Our Client designs and builds for corporate offices, retail premises and hospitality establishments.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of tender documents and specifications for subcontractors
Preparation of subcontract agreements, letter of award, work/purchase order etc
Quantity measurement and preparation of progress claims and variation claims to Client and Consultants
Evaluation of subcontractor\'s progress claims, variation claim and recommend to team Manager for the interim payment certificates until final account settlement
Monitoring of subcontractors\' work progress and schedule
Liaise with Clients, Consultants for QS and contract related issues
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma in relevant industry
Prefers 2-3 years of experience, candidate without experience are welcomed to apply
Portfolio required
