Job Description
Responsibilities:- Data collection, documentation handling & tender evaluations- Preparation of quotations, tender submissions & contract analysis- Bill of Quantities preparation & cost estimation- Supporting in quantity measurement & ad-hoc dutiesRequirements:- Minimum diploma/degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or equivalent- 5+ years\' experience in Singapores construction, engineering, and security system industry (or M&E works tendering process)- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin- Proficiency in AUTOCAD softwareOther Info:- Working Hour : Mon - Fri 9-6pm ; alternate 9-1pm- Location : 7030 Ang Mo Kio Ave 5- Salary : 3000 - 3400\xe8\x81\x8c\xe4\xbd\x8d\xe7\xb1\xbb\xe5\x9e\x8b\xef\xbc\x9a\xe5\x85\xa8\xe8\x81\x8c, \xe5\x85\xb6\xe4\xbb\x96\xe8\x96\xaa\xe8\xb5\x84\xef\xbc\x9a $3,000.00\xe8\x87\xb3$3,400.00\xef\xbc\x88\xe6\xaf\x8f\xe6\x9c\x88 \xef\xbc\x89\xe5\xb7\xa5\xe4\xbd\x9c\xe5\x9c\xb0\xe7\x82\xb9\xef\xbc\x9a\xe7\x8e\xb0\xe5\x9c\xba\xe5\x8a\x9e\xe5\x85\xac
