Attend site briefing/ tender interview
Prepare tender documents for submission
Responsible for reviewing tender documents and monitor discrepancies
Responsible to submit quotations and timely submission of progress claims
Monitoring and keeping records on all variation orders in the project and ensure that all claims are certified
Ensure Subcontract agreements/variation orders/final accounts are agreed and certified by Clients.
Prepare purchase order, work orders and ensure timely delivery of items order from overseas.
Monitor and ensure that all paper works from sites are receive for claim submission
Provide all necessary paper works that required from sites
Liaise about the settlement of project final accounts with clients and all other required documentation for project closing
Prepares prepare costing and submit to Manager for review
Prepare summary/comparison table from Suppliers to obtains approval from Manager
Check and ensure that all awarded projects received LOA before commencing the job. Discuss with the team the necessary requirements
Chase payment certification
Must have knowledge in Autocad
Must have knowledge in Photoshop/Sketchup for design
Submit daily report to Management
Any other Adhoc duties assigned by Manager/Director
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the landscape industry is required for this position.
Positive and independent individual with good interpersonal, communication and organizational skill. Able to work under pressure
