Job Description

:

Quantity measurement of the following trades:
- Structural works

- Piping works

- Electrical and instrumentation works

- Mechanical and equipment works

- Painting works

Reconcile MTO with the client Monitoring changes on-site with production teams. It could be identified in the followings:
- Design drawing changes:

- Site instruction from Client

- Job Confirmation Sheet from client

- Identification of Changes (IOC) from Production Team

- Confirmation of Verbal Instruction (COVI) from Production Team

Compiling change proposal register Preparation & submission of change proposal to Client for approval Reconcile with Client on the change proposals submitted Project Costs Control:
- Design drawing changes

- Monitoring periodically on the increased or decreased in works scope.

- Handle any Commercial Claims (i.e. Extension of Time, disputed claims,
etc)

Contracts Management:
- Ensure that our works & costs are in-line with the contract

- Able to identify variance arises in the contract

- Manage any disputed items

Job Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
