Quantity Surveyor

:

Prepare plans and documents for quotations to suppliers as basis for pricing. Obtain, compile, and evaluate quotations from suppliers/vendors according to tender requirements. Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), including quantity take-off, material sourcing, measuring, and estimating material and labour costs. Carry out detailed breakdown pricing. Understand tenders with respect to scope of work, pricing schedule, and non-material requirements. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building Services. Minimum 2-3 years of project tendering experience. Understanding and knowledge in Design & Build tenders preferred. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Detailed, meticulous, and able to work independently.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
