Source, evaluate, and negotiate terms and conditions and contract clauses with suppliers and subcontractors . Quantity measurement, costing, and estimation for both pre-contract and post-contract . Track changes to the Design/ Construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly . Price or forecast the cost of different materials required for the project . Evaluate progress payment and VOs, cost-benefit analysis, and perform variation order . Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in a timely manner . Resolve dispute with stake holders finalization of project account . Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior Main requirements: . Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent . Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position in Construction Projects. . Oil and Gas experience highly desirable. . Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous. . Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. . Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills. . Ability to organize, plan, and strategize. Possess skills in measuring concrete foundations drawings, proficient with civil subcontracts unitary prices and competent to negotiate with subcontractors.
