Job Description
Quantity Surveyor
Reporting to QS Manager| Location: Pasir Panjang| Permanent role
Responsibilities
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
- Assist in establishing a clients requirements and undertake feasibility studies
- Prepare and analyze costings for tenders
- Submission of tender query
- Measure, price, negotiate and agree budgets and costs for variations to project scope
- Visit site to measure and value works completed
- Updating of companys Sales Force porta
Requirements:
- Diploma in quantity surveying, electrical / mechanical engineering or related field
- 5 to 8 years of general construction estimating experience
- In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing and industry
- Keen to learn and possess positive attitude
- Competent in MS Excel and Words
Benefits
- Number of workings days per week: 5 days work week
- AWS/Bonus : AWS & Performance Bonus
- Medical, Dental benefits: $1,000 for medical and $300 for dental per year
- Annual Leaves: Depend on pay grade. For these roles, either: min 15 days to 18 days max or min
