5 days / 5.5 Alternate Saturday Industry: Construction - C&S/M&E Location: Across Singapore Basic $2.5k-$6k (Based on experience & qualification)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimation, tender submission, and progress claims Source, negotiate, and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers Review contracts and prepare cost and material take-offs Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control Conduct site measurements and support contract administration Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients

? Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline Experience in

Construction M&E/C&S

works is required Familiar with BQ, tender documentation, and contract terms Able to work independently and under tight deadlines Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
