Quantity Surveyor (construction/m&e/hdb)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling contracts and progress claims.
Assist the manager on contractual matters and variation claims ;
Support the manager in requesting quotations, cost estimation, and preparing cost comparisons.
Liaise with consultants on contract-related issues.
Assessment and preparation of sub-contractor's claim ;
Responsible for the preparation of final accounts ;
Requirements:
Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry (preferably in Singapore).
Strong understanding of construction estimating methods, cost control principles, and procurement processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
