What the role is:You will join a team responsible for the development of parks and park connectors that will contribute towards NParks\' efforts to transform Singapore into a City In Nature, a key pillar of Singapore Green Plan 2030.What you will be working on:As a Manager in Parks Development Management, you are required to manage and oversee the entire project cycle that will include cost planning and management, contract administration & management (including preparation of tender documents, tender calling and award), and project post-completion works.In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring the progress of term contracts, particularly in relations to any insertion of rates or variations. This will involve reviewing contract specifications and schedule of rates, assessing the reasonableness of contractors\' quotations/ Bill of Quantities (BQ), and providing advice on claims matter.
