Job Description

• Singapore Based (Ubi / Site)
• Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm
• (Saturday in office when necessary, otherwise will be WFH)
• Possess an Electrical Engineering course or related fields.
• Possess at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in M&E industry

Negotiate and prepare bids for tenders and contracts.Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, quotations, and cost estimates.Manage project costing from early design plans to project completion.Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs.Serve as the primary point of contact, conveying project updates to stakeholders.Document and track actions and decisions from stakeholder meetings.Formulate, maintain, and oversee project plans and schedules.Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors in pre-contract or post-contract and procurement administration.Collaborate with the Project Engineer and Architectural Supervisor to manage all M&E-related aspects.Source required materials and vendors, handle interim progress claims, variation orders, and subcontractor claims, and liaise with consultants and customers.\xe2\x9c\x85 Wee Yuan Huan
