Able to search, prepare & submit tender; Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off; Able to advise competitive costing for the tender; Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers; Analyze cost comparison between trades; Analyze & handle contract matters; Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts, settlement, and sub-contractor payments; All other QS related jobs (assist the project team to sun projects)
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
