Job Description
- Construction/Interior fit-out related experience in Singapore advantageous
- Participate in the preparation of pre & post tender documentation
- Prepare tender BQ/quotations including taking off, material and costing
- Source for new suppliers and subcontractors
- Responsible for coordination with contractors, suppliers and other parties
- Communicate and coordinate with Client/Consultant/Project Manager for claim and variation matters
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Civil/Construction/Structural/Facilities or equivalent.
