Responsibilities
Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation of tenders / projects
Prepare tender submission
Sourcing, evaluate and negotiate with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors
Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manners
Finalize project accounts with clients and subcontractors
Any other tasks as assigned by superior
Requirements
Minimum diploma or degree in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
Relevant working experience in Construction sector in Infrastructure project.
