Job Responsibilities:

Prepare of monthly report (Contractual Matter), incl update and maintain records for Architect Instructions, Variations Orders, Sub-Contractor approval lists and monthly man-hour report
Prepare monthly payment certificate, check invoice against delivery order
Evaluate sub-contractor\'s performance with the project team
Evaluate of quotation and costing summary for approval prior tender submission
Carry out quantities taking during tendering
Any other duties as assigned by manager

Job Requirements:

With relevant working experience in quantity surveying role
With experience or knowledge in M&E
Good technical and contractual knowledge with high integrity and work ethic
An independent and effective team player, collaborating on multi-projects of various stages, ensuring deliverables within set time & expectations
Working location: Aljunied
Working hours: 5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 5:30PM
