Job Description
Our client a M&E contractor is looking for a M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Quotations and Tender Submissions to clients (ACMV and Electrical Services)
- Preparation of variation orders at project intervals.
- Carry out contract administration duties.
- Build rapport and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Understand clients needs and provide best value for money solutions.
- Any other related-QS tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or Engineering (Electrical) or Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- AWS
- Performance Bonus
- 5 Days Work (Mondays to Fridays)
- Workplace near MRT Ubi station
