Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Quotations and Tender Submissions to clients (ACMV and Electrical Services)
• Preparation of variation orders at project intervals.
• Carry out contract administration duties.
• Build rapport and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Understand clients needs and provide best value for money solutions.
• Any other related-QS tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or Engineering (Electrical) or Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
• Fast learner, self motivated, good problem solving skills
• Willing to learn, positive attitude

Information:

• Salary: Up to $4,100 + AWS + VB
• Location: Ubi (Nearest MRT Ubi)
• Working hours: 8:30am - 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)
