Job Description
:
Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements. Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors. Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets and other documents. Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
Job Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor in Main-Contractor firm. Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or similar. Sound knowledge of construction. Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)
