About the Company

Our client is a

reputable BCA-registered General Builder

specializing in high-quality building and construction projects across Singapore. As the company expands, we are seeking a

motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor

to support our project and tendering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit

cost estimates, quotations, and tender documents

. Measure and value completed works, and prepare

progress claims and variation orders

.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate

with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost efficiency.

Monitor project budgets

and implement cost control measures throughout project execution. Assist in

contract administration

and ensure compliance with contractual terms and project requirements. Support in the

preparation of final accounts

and project close-out documentation.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree

in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline.

1-3 years of relevant experience

in construction / main contractor environment.
Fresh graduates with internship or site-based experience are

encouraged to apply

.

Good understanding and basic contract administration.

Proficient in Microsoft Office

; experience with cost estimation software is an advantage. Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills. Able to work

independently and collaboratively

in a fast-paced environment.
