Ubi: Quantity Surveyor (Construction - ERSS)

We are looking for Project Sales Engineer who manages the technical aspects of sales within a project context, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.


They are responsible for technical sales and project coordination, engaging with clients, conducting site visits, and collaborating with internal teams to develop quotations and proposals. This role also involves overseeing project execution and reporting on progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with clients to determine their requirements Planning, estimating and managing costs including materials, equipment and manpower Assessing and evaluating the terms and conditions outlined in the contract Projecting and weighing probable risks, especially costs, associated with the project and taking proactive measures to mitigate such risks Taking-off quantities and prepare tender documents, paperwork and contracts Preparing and submitting progress claims and following up with payment responses. Resolve discrepancies or disputes on payment response. Attend meetings with clients regarding contracts, claims, payments response and other related matters. Prepare and submit project documents required by client such as Risk Assessment, Method of Statement, Safe Work Procedure and lifting plans. Involve in company's ISO and other certification bodies. Other ad-hoc duties as required by Director. Meet project department KPI

Skills and Requirements:

Strong technical knowledge in the ERSS field is preferred. Effective communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills are necessary for successful sales. Able to identify and address technical issues that may arise during project tender Able to manage multiple projects and keep track of details, client data, and project timelines. A bachelor's degree or Diploma in construction related engineering recognised by BCA is required.

Remuneration Details:

Monthly salary $3,000 - $4,000 5-day work week (8.30am - 5.30pm) 38 days Leave per year (Annual Leave 14 days + Sick Leave 14 days + 10 days Casual Leave) Performance bonus for exceeding project KPI 2x bonus per year: Mid-Year-Bonus (Jul) & Year-End-Bonus (Jan)
