Manage tender projects and on-going projects from initiation to completion.
Prepare quantities take-off, cost estimates, and quotation submissions.
Monitor project budgets and costing to ensure alignment with financial targets.
Liaise with Site Supervisors and prepare monthly progress claims and variation order submissions.
Coordinate with Main Contractors on progress payments, payment certificates, and variation order matters.
Handle procurement of materials, hand tools, and other project necessities.
Evaluate suppliers' and subcontractors' progress payments, variation orders, and final accounts.
Oversee and finalize the settlement of project final accounts.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years' working experience in a related field.
Strong analytical, cost management, and negotiation skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Proficient in MS Office and relevant engineering software will be an added advantage.
