Responsibilities

Review and verify the subcontractor & supplier claim and prepare payment certification.

. Prepare progress Claim and liaise with the Client's representative on claims and variation costs.

Request quotation from supplier

Assist project team to prepare submission document, shop drawing, as built drawing / Operation Maintenance Manual.

Online tender submission.

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying /Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

At least 8 to 12 year of relevant working experience in building construction industry / ACMV services / M&E would be an added advantage

Ability to prioritize, plan, organize and execute tasks effectively

Computer skills in AutoCAD/ 3D & Microsoft Office

Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per month
