Study and interpret contract documents, drawings, and specifications to perform accurate measurements.
Assist in contract administration, including preparation of progress claims, variation orders, and related documentation.
Liaise with Clients, Consultants, and Project Teams on contractual and commercial matters.
Call for quotations, evaluate and compare prices, and prepare Bills of Quantities to support tender submissions.
Prepare monthly budget and cost reports for review by the Senior Quantity Surveyor or Contract Manager.
Review and verify Subcontractors' and Suppliers' claims, and prepare payment certificates accordingly.
Attend site meetings, progress meetings, and tender interviews when required.
Monitor project performance during the defects liability period and manage related claims.
Maintain and ensure compliance with the Quality Management System within the Contract Department.
Undertake any other duties as assigned by the superior or Management from time to time.
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in civil, infrastructure, or structural projects.
Strong knowledge of roadworks, drainage, external, and structural works.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and project scheduling tools.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive work attitude.
