1. The degree of the civil engineering or the related major
2. 5 years working experience as the QS in the construction industry
3. Responsible for the estimation of the BOQ including details regarding quantities of the required materials based on DWG, and the estimation of the quotation for tender projects.
4. Responsible for the negotiation with the main contractor and follow-up of the progress of payment and claiming VO.
5. Responsible for the preparation of the inspection reports and progress report, and monitoring of the material requirement
6. Responsible for PUB submission and the guidance to supervisor and foreman and checking the shop drawing prepared by contactors and the submission of As-Built Drawing.
7. Competent ability in English
8. Can working at weekends and public holidays.
