About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at LT SAMBO CO., LTD.' in the West Region. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Assist Tender Manager in preparing tender submissions and cost estimates for both main contract and subcontract works. Read and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to extract key requirements. Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and technical clarifications. Perform quantity take-off, measurement, and cost analysis for accurate pricing. Support preparation of bid documents, costing summaries, and submission materials. Coordinate with consultants, architects, developers, and contractors on tender-related matters. Provide general support in contract administration and other assignments as directed.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or related discipline. 2-5 years of relevant experience in building or civil engineering projects (foundation and infrastructure experience advantageous). Proficient in Microsoft Office software and AutoCAD. Meticulous, analytical, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
