Role Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with proven experience in


earthworks and demolition. You will manage all project cost aspects from pre-tender through completion, ensuring cost efficiency, contractual compliance, and quality execution.


Key Responsibilities


Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for earthworks and demolition projects. Conduct measurement, quantification, and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ) for civil and demolition works. Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate terms to ensure cost-effectiveness. Monitor and control project costs, including managing variations and preparing progress claims. Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure alignment on scope, budget, and timelines. Prepare and submit final accounts and settlement documentation. Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and safety requirements.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in earthworks and demolition projects in Singapore. Strong knowledge of Singapore's construction regulations, codes, and tender processes. Proficiency in MS Office and QS software Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
