Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Gather client and designer specifications and accurately calculate or measure quantities based on floorplan drawings.
Prepare and deliver product samples and detailed quotations for client approval.
Ensure timely delivery of orders.
Ensure all delivery orders are in accordance with PO and verification of DO.
Sourcing quotations from sub-contractors and material suppliers.
Call for quotations and sources for new suppliers if need and recommendation of award.
Follow up on complaints on product quality.
Interact closely with suppliers and Engineer to resolve quality issues.
Process and generate PO/RO.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job requirement:
Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
Good attitude, hardworking and energetic personnel.
Good Interpersonal/Communication Skill/Team Player.
Mature with initiative and able to work independently.
Able to understand & read construction / interior detailed drawings.
Preferably with relevant working experience in Commercial Interior Industry
* Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft words & excel.
