Core Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare quotations, cost estimates and bills of quantities Manage and prepare tender administration and submission Source & Procure required material and negotiate with suppliers & sub-contractors Evaluate price comparison and costing summary Prepare material samples for approval Attend site meeting and take note of work progress Preparation of monthly progress claims to clients Prepare, verify and upkeep of project variation work and site instructions Other quantity surveying related duties as assigned

Skills, Experience Competencies Required

Degree/Diploma in relevant field of study Preferably with 2 years relevant working experience in Interior Design firm/Interior fit-out Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize tasks Proficient in MS Office skills Basic AutoCAD skills * Knowledge in BIM (Building Information Modelling) will be added advantage
