Job Description

s

a) Ability to take measurement and understanding of RC Structural works

b) Handle progress claims and payments, variation order & finalization of accounts

c) Compilation of all construction drawings and rebar schedule for progress claims

d) Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects, with monitoring productivities together with recording of all related data

e) Source and compile quotation for require tender and projects

f) Responsible for preparing contract for sub-contracted services.

g) 5 working days

Job Requirements:

1. Full Time role

2. Minimum Experience: 3 years

3. Qualification: Degree

4. Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
