Quantity Surveyor

to join their dynamic team:

Salary Package:

Up to $6,500 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support to the commercial team in both pre-contract and post-contract phases of fast-track projects. Assist with tender preparation, including quantity measurement, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost summaries, and price comparisons for tender submissions. Assist with the accurate preparation of progress payment claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts. Support the measurement and certification of subcontractor payments. Support project budgeting, cost control, and cash flow monitoring. Maintain meticulous documentation of all site events, variations, and correspondence to support claims. Collaborate with and support project and safety teams on all commercial and site safety initiatives. Ensure all activities comply with company safety policies and relevant workplace health and safety legislation.

Job Requirements:

At least Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant quantity surveying experience within a main-con environment. Knowledgeable in construction costs, methods, and materials. Able to start immediately or in short notice.
