RESPONSIBILITY

Prepare tender cost submission / pricing / quantity take off / cost evaluation Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off Prepare sub contracts and sub-contractor payments Competent in completing required obligations within stipulated timings and other constraints. All other QS related job

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent
. Preferred skill related to bluebean and Cubicost


Able to work independently At least 3 years of working experience with main contractor High level of integrity, responsibility, good team player and helpful 5.5 days work per week (alternate Saturday off)
