Job Description
Job Scopes:
Responsible for quantity measurement, progress claim, verify subcontractor certificate, variation order and final account settlement. Establish and evaluate quotation from suppliers and subcontractors. Manage materials order and cost control. Prepare bill of quantity for tender. To handle other QS duties or related job as assigned by superior.
Requirements (Qualification & Experience):
Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related construction field (Building/ Civil/ Structural Engineering or equivalent). Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience as a Quantity Surveyor or construction related works. Strong understanding of construction contracts, measurements and cost control processes Responsible, self-motivated and well organised. Proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
