A detailed knowledge of Standard Methods of Measurement as they relate toboth fabric works and Mechanical & Electrical installations would beexpected To work with the project management team to manage consultants, contractors,and their supply chain. To understand and respect the needs of the end user in respect of buildingimprovement and maintenance. To have a knowledge and understanding of the implications of health and safetyregulations Assist the designer in reviewing construction plans and preparing quantityrequirements Analyse costs for maintenance and additional building needs and then negotiatewith contractors and subcontractors Maintain proper documentation for all tenders * Sourcing of quotations and evaluate quotations received from suppliers and sub-contractors.
