The selected candidate will assist the Contract Manager and prepare the cost estimates for the construction projects
Responsibilities:
Assist in Project / Tender Preparation & Quotation
Quantities take-off, material requisitions & cost estimates.
Source & Compare specifications and cost of materials/services from different supplier
Project Administration, Contracts variations & documentation.
Preparation and Submission of Progress Claims & Invoices
Requirements:
Knowledge in MS Office & Outlook
Required language(s): English
Preferably Entry Level specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
No work experience required.
* Knowledge in AutoCAD an advantage
