We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Quantity Surveyor
with strong experience in
steel structural works
, including
I-beam fabrication, C-channel assembly and erection activities
. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with
Singapore-based projects
and be proficient in
billing, claiming, and cost control processes
.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and manage
progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
.
Perform
accurate quantity take-offs
for steel components including
I-beams, C-channels, bracing systems, and connection details
Evaluate subcontractor claims
Monitor and track
project budgets
, cost control, and ensure alignment with contractual requirements.
Work closely with the project team, contractors, and clients to ensure timely
billing and collection
of payments.
Review contract terms and advise on commercial and contractual risks.
Ensure compliance with
Singapore building regulations
,
BCA
standards, and
workplace safety
practices.
Participate in site visits and progress meetings as required.

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of relevant experience
in
steel structural building projects
in
Singapore
.
Strong understanding of
Singapore construction contracts
, regulations, and practices.
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel
, measurement software (e.g., CostX), and other QS tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
