Job Description

Responsibilities:

Interpret metal structural drawings and calculate costs for quotations Handle daily sales inquiries, preparing cost estimates and coordinating customer's order for fabrication Work closely with the production team to ensure client delivery deadline met Perform quantity take-offs and measurements of for job inquiries and quotations Timely issuance of documentation including progress claims, variance orders and preparation of shop drawings and as-built drawings Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors for job/ project specification and obtain quotation from them Verify and ensure material orders and fabrication work comply with specifications and drawings Carry out administrative tasks including preparing and submitting quotations for sales inquiries documents, as well as studying and interpreting LOA/ contract requirements, along with post-contract administrative and documentation tasks.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Construction/ Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying Min 3 years' experience in the steel work fabrication industry in Singapore Proficiency: Strong knowledge of metal trade and fabrication works, cost estimation, MS Excel and AutoCAD and problem solving skills * Full Time position with 5.5 Days/week
