Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
1. Of project cost control, planning, forecasting and estimation.
2. Valuations - including value engineering and management.
3. Feasibility studies on bids.
4. Cost benefit analysis
5. Writing reports and preparing documents (plans, contracts, budgets etc.)
6. Risk analysis evaluations on individual projects/bids
7. Managing project funding sources and submitting bids.
8. Valuations on subcontractor's performance.
9. Monitor and access to subcontractor's claims and quality of work includes work timeline.
10. Minimum 2 years in QS field
11. In related trade minimum 2 to 3 years
