Job Description
:
1.Responsible cost control, billing and remeasurement for the assigned Project(s), but not limited to the below;
a) Cost Control Functions:
review initial budget and prepare execution budget; execution budget shall be discussed and agreed with all stakeholders prior TCC reporting; responsible for day-to-day cost control matters; monitor and report all cost control matters; and bring to PCM and PM attention should there be any abnormal cost incurred/overrun; cost forecasting in consultant with PCM and PM; vendor and/or subcontractor invoice verification;
b) Billing
forecast and monitor the project invoice and payment status; responsible for invoice supporting documents compilation; handling change management claim not limited to: prepare variation order request; attend commercial meeting; monitor and update variation order register;
c) Remeasurement
responsible for Bill of Quantity (BOQ) update; responsible for material take-off (MTO) submission and settlement with client; verify subcontractor MTO; responsible for material reconciliation;
2. Lead and supervise the Quantity Surveyor in the same project(s);
3. Appointed as Subject Matter Expert in Cost Control, Billing or Remeasurement Functions
Requirements
Engineering graduate Minimum 8 years relevant experience in similar industry, preferably handle conversion or new building for O&G projects * Preferably with SAP knowledge
