Quantity take-off and cost estimation. Handle contract and tender document administration, understanding the requirements, preparing and submitting tenders with a specific deadline. Sourcing and request for quotations from suppliers/specialists according to tender specifications. Prepare and analyze costing for tenders Compare prices and specification compliance of quotations received for recommendation. * Identify and prepare variation orders for Submission.
