You will be assisting our Director in the pre and post contract stage, procurement and . In addition, you will also be involved in budgeting, controlling of cost, processing of claims, contract payments, settlement of final accounts and variation orders.

What you'll be doing

Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects Analyse tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify potential cost savings and risks Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process Provide regular financial reporting and cost analyses to project managers and senior leadership Assist in the preparation of contract variations, claims, and final accounts Collaborate with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects

What we're looking for

Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry best practices Proficient in using quantity surveying software, such as Causeway and Conquest Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Must be able to communicate in mandarin with vendors
