Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
1. To support fencing sales and extract basic quantity from standard drawings
2. To provide timely and accurate sales quotations when tasked.
3. Prepare Project Proposals, Quotations, Bills of Quantities, and Specification Sheets for customers
4. Track project progress and provide updates to Management in a timely manner
5. Process confirmed orders and ensure all data entries are done accurately.
6. To maintain a proper filing system and ensure data are up-to-date
7. Calculating material quantities and costs, labor costs, and an achievable project timeframe
8. Monitoring subcontractors, safety practices, construction progress, and material needs, including any changes which may impact costs
9. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management team
